Hospital Staff

Tamra Padgett is the Receptionist at Hill Country Animal Hospital. She joined the staff in 2008 and is proud to be part of a health care team that treats all pets as their own. Tamra is an Army wife and has spent the last 15 years traveling overseas and across the United States. She enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found upgrading her home with her husband or drag racing their 1983 El Camino. Her animal companions include a Heeler mix puppy named Fudge Cake and three cats, Marco, Polo and Molly.

A veterinary assistant at Hill Country Animal Hospital since 2008, Ginger Capron was a client at the hospital before joining the staff. She enjoys learning new things about animal care and loves working with pets. Ginger is a registered Dachshund breeder and has plans to start a breeding kennel. She shares her home with two Dachshunds, Leeloo and D'Artangan. Ginger is an avid video gamer, but she also loves spending time outdoors and hanging out with her friends, family and pets. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Production and a minor in Biology. She aspires to one day have her own horse breeding and training farm.
