Hospital Staff

Dianna Davis

Office manager Dianna Davis joined the Hill Country Animal Hospital staff in 2001. Dianna received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Colorado State University and her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology from the Front Range Community College. She is a certified equine technician.

Dianna has worked with animals for more than 30 years and started out her career caring for large animals. She loves her job and enjoys working with Dr. Kruse and the rest of the Hill Country team.

Dianna is an associate member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, the East Texas Horse Rescue and Sanctuary and Habitat for Horses. She is also a member of the US Dressage Federation and the Central Texas Dressage Society.

Her animal companions include a cat named Fireball Annie and a thoroughbred horse named Blues in Greys. Much of her free time is spent with her horse attending clinics and competitions. She also enjoys traveling, organic gardening, flying (she is a member of AOPA), watching baseball and cooking.

Tamra Padgett

Tamra Padgett is the kennel manager at Hill Country Animal Hospital. She joined the staff in 2008 and is proud to be part of a health care team that treats all pets as their own. Tamra is an Army wife and has spent the last 15 years traveling overseas and across the United States. She enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found upgrading her home with her husband or drag racing their 1983 El Camino. Her animal companions include a St. Bernard named Roxie Marie, a Heeler mix puppy named Fudge Cake and three cats, Marco, Polo and Molly.

Ginger Capron

A veterinary assistant at Hill Country Animal Hospital since 2008, Ginger Capron was a client at the hospital before joining the staff. She enjoys learning new things about animal care and loves working with pets. Ginger is a registered Dachshund breeder and has plans to start a breeding kennel. She shares her home with two Dachshunds, Leeloo and D'Artangan. Ginger is an avid video gamer, but she also loves spending time outdoors and hanging out with her friends, family and pets. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Production and a minor in Biology. She aspires to one day have her own horse breeding and training farm.

Amanda Giuffre

Receptionist Amanda Giuffre joined the Hill Country Animal Hospital staff in 2006. She has had a lifelong love of caring for pets and enjoys being part of a close-knit team that helps animals.

Amanda's animal companions include two Dachshunds, Schatzie and Chief, and a cat named Pussy Willow. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, spending time with her husband and their dogs, photography and scrapbooking.
